Gdańsk, Poland

Gdańsk was a little hidden treasure. Luke and I were looking for cheap flights from Sweden, and this was under $30 round trip, so we went for it. We figured we'd spend a little time here and mostly explore the surrounding areas + Warsaw, but it turns out that this was one of the highlights. Walking around the town in the evenings was lovely, plus restaurants and bars were excellent in terms of food, beer, and atmosphere. I know Gdańsk, Poland isn't likely high on any of your travel itineraries, but I absolutely loved it and would encourage you to consider it.
