Grenoble, France

Located in the French Alps, Grenoble is a gorgeous city to visit. The people were kind to us and the sights were excellent. It was just a quick stop for a few hours to break up the long train ride from Basel, Switzerland to Barcelona, Spain, but it was certainly a worthy stop. We went up a lift to get a good view of all the surrounding mountains.
